Lunchtimes will never be the same again! As we now begin Yardfit DAYTIME sessions on Tuesday and Thursdays
The sessions kicks off at 1245 for 50 minutes so be there 10 minutes early

All over conditioning using bodyweight, various tools like battle rope, kettlebell to name a few and the natural environment of the RWY.
